In May 2006, the Group completed a successful initial public offering of ordinary shares and GDRs and began trading on the MICEX, RTS & LSE exchanges.  

In April 2010, the Executive Board of MICEX made the decision to transfer Cherkizovo shares from quotation list ‘B’ to quotation list ‘A’ after the Group passed all necessary tests and met the stringent requirements of the MICEX exchange. The MICEX regulations regarding corporate governance and information disclosure correspond with the highest international standards.
